TMJ Dysfunction
TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint, or the jaw joint. TMD (Temporomandibular Dysfunction) is not one disorder, but refers to a group of conditions, often painful, that affect the jaw joint and associated muscles when the joints do not work together correctly.
